At Green Coffee Collective, we want you to be fully satisfied with your roast; if your order isn't quite right, we offer returns or exchanges on most products within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and details regarding the specific coffee or equipment you wish to return.
Prepare the Package
Ensure items are in their original packaging; for food safety, coffee bags must remain unopened and vacuum-sealed to qualify for a refund.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5 business days.
